Rub bar directly onto wet hair (work from the bottom up), massage into hair and scalp. Rinse well. When using as an in-shower skin conditioner, simply rinse and then "pat" your skin dry so you retain all the skin-loving goodies and not wiping them away when you dry off. Keep bar out of water and let dry well between uses
